Please call us if you don't need your trip!

wakinguplate1.jpg

We realize that sometimes things happen, emergencies come up or you have a change of plans and can't go or no longer need your scheduled trip.

It is important that if you don't need your scheduled trip that you call and cancel.

By canceling you keep us from wasting time and money coming to get you when you are not going.

Also you free up space on the schedule that may allow someone else to schedule a trip.  So please be considerate and responsible and cancel your trip as far in advance as possible of your scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations can be also left on our voice mail when the office is closed.

If the bus arrives to pick you up and the driver cannot locate you or you have failed to cancel your trip at least 15-minutes in advance by calling you will be considered a "No Show".   If you are reported as a "No Show" all of your scheduled trips are automatically cancelled until we hear from you to confirm your schedule.

Anyone accumulating three (3) "No Shows" within a 30-day period will have their service suspended for 30-days.  You can appeal your suspension by calling the ASC Coordinator at (740) 353-5626, ext 208.

You can waive your suspension by paying a $25 reinstatement fee.   ASC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who continuously violates the ASC “No Show” policy.

Those passengers who accumulate over 20 life time "No Shows" will be considered a habitual violator of the “No Show” policy and will automatically be considered for ineligibility for service.
